The goal of The Emotional Intelligence Project is to give us students, teachers and parents the ability to understand our own and other people's emotions in order to increase well-being and acts of compassion.

Most conflicts arise, because we are not able to grasp the intention or the fear behind our own communication. Once we understand how we communicate and why, once we understand who we truly are and once we are ready to let go of our fears, we will be able to establish an incredible connection to each other, that will serve as a profound basis for all our interactions.

Feelings like anger or jealousy are going to transform and make space for a nurturing learning environment, which allows us to experience our full potential.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the capacity of individuals to recognize their own, and other people's emotions, to discriminate between different feelings and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior.

Studies have shown that people with high EI have greater mental health, job performance, and leadership skills although no causal relationships have been shown and such findings are likely to be attributable to general intelligence and specific personality traits rather than emotional intelligence as a construct. For example, Goleman indicated that EI accounted for 67% of the abilities deemed necessary for superior performance in leaders, and mattered twice as much as technical expertise or IQ.

Our Action

We have established a program for schools and students of any age to reflect on their emotions and their dreams. A program through which not only your performance increase, but you'll understand who you really are, what you want and how you can achieve it.

Handling your own emotions and understanding others will empower you to see things from different angles and approach conflicts in a new way. Your self-confidence, your ability to focus, your happiness, your ability to make friends... all this is not easy to achieve by yourself. Sign up for your Emotional Intelligence Project now and improve your team effectiveness or stop bullying in your class for good. Drop your judgements to open your mind, because the world is waiting for you to evolve...
